NRL ROUND 12 – EXPERT BETTING TIPS AND ODDS

nrl-tips-round-12

Origin teams have been named ahead of round 12 with a lot of teams missing their big name stars. It is the first bye round with 8 teams given a rest this week. A great test of depth will be shown this weekend for all teams. It will be great to see how teams reposition themselves and also exciting for opportunities present themselves to the generation looking to make their mark in the NRL.

ROUND 13

Rabbitohs $1.75 v Parramatta $2.08

With both teams not missing any stars to origin duty. This should be a tough close game. With the Rabbitohs giving the Storm a good run for their money last weekend to go down by 8 points. With the combination of John Sutton, Adam Reynolds and Cody walking out the back building strength each week, we expect big things from the Rabbitohs in the back half of the year. The Eels looked dangerous against the Raiders going down by only 6 points. The Eels will be without Corey Norman this week, though Mitchell Moses and Clint Gutherson will handle the job. This will be a tight one. Rabbitohs by 6

Warriors $1.38 v Broncos $3.07

The Broncos are the worst team hit by state origin with 6 regular first graders getting the call up. This weekend will be Benji Marshall’s first game in the NRL since joining the Broncos this year. The Broncos will have 2 debutants on the bench this week and will be hoping to go 7 in a row. The Warriors will fancy their chances against a young Broncos team and so do the bookies, with the Warriors firm favourites. Considering both sides form in recent weeks and the Warriors inability to play for 80 minutes I think a young enthusiastic Broncos side will win. Broncos by 12

Sharks $1.57 v Bulldogs $2.42

The Sharks will be missing James Maloney, Andrew Fifita and Jack Bird to origin duties and the Bulldogs will be missing Klemmer and Joshua Jackson. The Bulldogs have lost two in a row and the Sharks are coming off two good wins. The Bulldogs have been competitive in the past few weeks though have looked average in attack. The Sharks have been the full package and have been stating their claim to go back to back. Loosing a couple of key players this week will hurt but not too much. Sharks by 8

Raiders $1.42 v Roosters $2.90

The Rooster will be missing 5 players to both Origin sides this weekend. Canberra will be missing Josh Papalii. The Roosters will be missing their big forwards and key playmaker Mitchell Pearce. The Roosters have been with out Pearce before and suffered their first loss of the year with him. Canberra looked dangerous last weekend against Eels winning 22 – 6. They will be missing out on the go forward from big Josh Papalii but with Dave Taylor filling his shoes going forward shouldn’t be a problem. Raiders by 12
