Manchester City and Arsenal once again lead the way in the Premier League, with the two outstanding sides from last year getting off to winning starts again in 2023/24.
Meanwhile, Brighton are also flying high, with two wins in the bag, whilst Tottenham, Liverpool, West Ham, and Brentford remain unbeaten.
It could be a long season ahead for Everton, who were thrashed last weekend by Aston Villa, whilst promoted sides Luton, Burnley and Sheffield United have work to do to stay in the division.

EPL Week 3 Predictions
—
Chelsea vs Luton Town – Stamford Bridge
Chelsea ($1.25)
Luton Town ($14)
Draw ($7)
Chelsea will be looking for their first win of the season, as they take on Luton Town. The blues were outmuscled at West Ham last weekend in defeat but were not without chances and there is a feeling that they could start firing at any point. Luton meanwhile were well beaten by Brighton on the opening day and their season expectations will not be judged on games such as this. Chelsea need a win and they should get one here.
Betting tip: Chelsea to win the match ($1.25)
Chelsea to win 2-0
Bournemouth vs Tottenham – Vitality Stadium
Bournemouth ($3.8)
Tottenham ($2)
Draw ($4)
Bournemouth will be looking to pick up their first win of the season, as Tottenham visit the Vitality Stadium. The Cherries gave Liverpool a serious scare at Anfield last weekend and do look to be ready to challenge above the relegation zone this season. Tottenham meanwhile beat Manchester United last weekend and they have adapted to life after Harry Kane reasonably well. This should be a really good one, with Tottenham most likely to get over the line.
Betting tip: Tottenham to win the match ($2)
Tottenham to win 2-1
Arsenal vs Fulham – Emirates Stadium
Arsenal ($1.26)
Fulham ($15)
Draw ($7)
A London derby is next on the agenda, as Arsenal host Fulham. The Gunners have won their opening two games, without really hitting their stride and they will want to put on a show for their home fans in this one. Fulham meanwhile are well beaten by Brentford last time out and they will want to show more resolve and application here. This will be tough for Fulham and Arsenal could run out rampant winners in North London.
Betting tip: Arsenal to win the match ($1.25)
Arsenal to win 4-1
Manchester United vs Nottingham Forest – Old Trafford
Manchester United ($1.33)
Nottingham Forest ($10)
Draw ($6)
Manchester United will be looking to bounce back from defeat to Tottenham, as they welcome Nottingham Forest to Old Trafford. It has been a quiet start for United, who also struggled in their season opener against Wolves, and they are yet to hit their stride this term. Forest meanwhile showed heart at Arsenal in defeat on the opening day, before overcoming Sheffield United last weekend to pick up their first win. This will be tighter than the odds suggest but United should pick up three points here.
Betting tip: Manchester United to win the match ($1.33)
Manchester United to win 3-1
Brentford vs Crystal Palace – Gtech Community Stadium
Brentford ($2.16)
Crystal Palace ($3.80)
Draw ($3.50)
Two sides that have enjoyed decent starts to the season face off as Brentford take on Crystal Palace. The Bees are unbeaten, after winning well at Wolves last time out and a top half table looks to be their aspiration this term. The same could be said of Palace, who were edged out by Arsenal in the Monday Night Football fixture, and they will want to see a response. Palace are a really dangerous side away from home, making the draw the most plausible outcome.
Betting tip: The match to finish as a draw ($3.50)
2-2 Draw
Everton vs Wolves – Goodison Park
Everton ($2.45)
Wolves ($3.25)
Draw ($3.35)
Everton desperately need some inspiration against a Wolves side, that are seemingly in the same boat. Both sides have lost their first two games, both failing to score a goal, and this has the feeling of a big game already. Sean Dyche is struggling at Everton, with survival his primary objective, whilst Gary O’Neill is settling into life at Wolves but the manner of last week’s home loss to Brentford is a concern. This will be cagey and tight, with a draw seeming likely.
Betting tip: The match to finish as a draw ($3.35)
1-1 Draw
Brighton vs West Ham United – AMEX Stadium
Brighton ($1.54)
West Ham United ($6.25)
Draw ($4.75)
Brighton take on West Ham, as they look to extend their winning run at the top of the Premier League. The Seagulls have bagged 8 goals in their opening two games, and they are flying high at the top of the table, dreaming of European football once more next season. West Ham meanwhile picked up an excellent win over Chelsea last weekend and they too are unbeaten, showing resolve following the summer departure of Declan Rice. This should be a belter, with Brighton potentially too strong at home for the Hammers.
Betting tip: Brighton to win the match ($1.54)
Brighton to win 3-1
Sheffield United vs Manchester City – Bramall Lane
Sheffield United ($18)
Manchester City ($1.20)
Draw ($8)
Manchester City will be looking to keep the bandwagon rolling, as they take on Sheffield United. The Blades are yet to pick up a point in the Premier League, despite some plucky showings and they will be bang up for this one against the Treble winners. City meanwhile continue to plod on, winning games without playing their best football and they will be looking to do the same here. This will be tighter than the odds suggest but City should get over the line in this one.
Betting tip: Manchester City to win the match ($1.20)
Manchester City to win 2-1
Burnley vs Aston Villa – Turf Moor
Burnley ($3.40)
Aston Villa ($2.20)
Draw ($3.60)
Burnley return to action following a week off, as they take on Aston Villa at Turf Moor. Manchester City were too strong for the Clarets on the opening day, but they will be hoping to take the game to Villa in this one. Contrasting results for Unai Emery’s Villa make them hard to read this term but they picked up a resounding 5-0 win over Hibernian in the Europa Conference League in midweek, which should give them confidence moving forwards. This will be a good watch, with Aston Villa most likely to have too much quality.
Betting tip: Aston Villa to win the match ($2.20)
Aston Villa to win 2-1
Newcastle United vs Liverpool – St James’s Park
Newcastle United ($2.28)
Liverpool ($3.10)
Draw ($4)
Two teams fully in the mix for a top 4 finish do battle, as Newcastle host Liverpool. Toon were undone by Manchester City last weekend, without really laying a glove on the Champions, something they will be looking to respond to here. Liverpool meanwhile had to dig deep to beat Bournemouth at Anfield and they will see this as a real chance to put down a marker for the season ahead. The atmosphere at St James’s Park should be electric but Liverpool should have enough to win this one.
Betting tip: Liverpool to win the match ($3.10)
Liverpool to win 2-1
